The Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County’s Family Planning Program offers many services, including information on baby spacing, abstinence, and avoiding sexually transmitted diseases or infections (STDs/STIs).
Our clinics are conveniently located throughout Miami-Dade County. On your first visit, you will be asked to bring information on your income and picture ID to determine the costs. We accept Medicaid and commercial insurance.
Family Planning services are provided to both men and women, including:

Medicaid Family Planning Waiver Program
The Family Planning Medicaid Waiver is processed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Apply for the waiver using MyAccess account.
