To provide eligibility, treatment access, and health referral services, to persons with HIV/AIDS, either uninsured, or with inadequate prescription coverage.

Two processes must be completed:

  1. Patient Care Core Eligibility Determination
  2. ADAP Program Enrollment.

If eligible and enrolled, two benefit levels are available: ADAP uninsured – medications or Premium Plus – premiums, copays, and deductible assistance.
