To provide Eligibility, Treatment Access, and Health Referral Services, to persons with HIV/AIDS, either uninsured, or with inadequate prescription coverage.
Two processes must be completed:
- Patient Care Core Eligibility Determination
- ADAP Program Enrollment.
If eligible and enrolled, two Benefit Levels are available:
- ADAP Uninsured – medications; or
- Premium Plus – premiums, copays, and deductible assistance.

Insurance Assistance/ADAP Premium Plus
Applicants/clients must be referred to ADAP for access to insurance. To receive insurance premium assistance during 2025, ADAP clients must:
- Have an open enrollment in ADAP.
- Have an income between 50 % and 400 % FPL.
- Complete an assessment with a Ryan White Part-A Case Manager.
- Enroll in a Florida ADAP approved insurance plan for Miami-Dade for 2025.
