Healthy Start Data Management

The Healthy Start Data Management (HSDM) office is responsible for processing, monitoring, assurance, and distribution of the Healthy Start (HS) universal prenatal and postnatal risk screening forms to Healthy Start Providers. Services offered include: complete regular reporting to the Healthy Start Coalition of Miami-Dade, review accuracy of client billing information, deliver and receive HS screenings, reports, encounter forms, and related documentation for HS providers, and monitor healthcare providers screening practices.
