This year’s event will focus on health and wellness, highlighting the importance of nutrition and physical activity. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a day filled with music, food demos, health screenings and lots of swags. The event and all the activities are free and open to the community on a first come, first served basis.

“Our goal is to encourage the community to live a healthier life,” said Dr. Yesenia Villalta, DNP, MSN, APRN, Administrator/Health Officer of the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County. “We are really excited to be able to offer this event that will truly benefit the community and help them take care of themselves and their families.
