Collaborative effort between Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County and Community Health Centers.
Requirements when visiting the Clinic:
- Bring your Child's Immunization Records.
- Child's parent or guardian must be present
- Pay attention to clinic hours; Come early!
- Most of clinics are appointment only
- Schedule
