Miami-Dade WIC provides healthy food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and family resources to more than 60,000 women, infants, children, and families in Miami-Dade County.

We monitor environmental conditions and respond to health emergencies. Services include water sampling, facility inspections, and food hygiene evaluation.
Emergency Preparedness & Response
We promote emergency planning for residents, and we collaborate with local agencies in response to emergencies and natural disasters.
Infectious Disease Services
We provide comprehensive programs to prevent, detect, and manage communicable diseases such as HIV, tuberculosis, and sexually transmitted diseases.
