CDC releases new Community Health Status Indicators 2015 web application

Updates include new peer county groups and benchmarked indicators for all U.S. counties

The redesigned CDC Community Health Status Indicators (CHSI) 2015 web application is live and ready to use!

Be among the first to explore what’s new for the CHSI 2015 update! CHSI is an interactive online tool that produces health profiles for all 3,143 counties in the United States. Each profile includes key indicators of health outcomes, which describe the population health status of a county and factors that have the potential to influence health outcomes, such as health care access and quality, health behaviors, social factors, and the physical environment.

CHSI 2015 is user-focused and designed to complement other available sources of community health indicators, including the County Health Rankings and Roadmaps.
