Miami, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County and the Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade invites Miami-Dade County residents to join the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) annual meeting on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the following location:

The CHIP is a 5 year local collaborative plan that examines the activities of our public health network and how they contribute to community health improvement that address the most important issues facing the community. During this meeting, participants will vote on the new 2025-2030 CHIP priority areas.
