DOH-Miami-Dade Invites Community Partners to Participate in Community Partner Assessment Meeting

Miami, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County (DOH-Miami-Dade) invites community partners to participate in the Miami-Dade County Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership (MAPP) Kick-off Community Partner Assessment Meeting.
The meeting is Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following location:
To participate in this vital community event, please complete the registration form.
This meeting will orient public, private, and voluntary community stakeholders, partners, and members to the new MAPP cycle. The overall mission is to improve and protect the health of residents by providing the necessary education to the community stakeholders, partners, and members to encourage collective action towards a community-owned vision.
Additionally, the CPA Survey will be launched during this meeting. The results of this survey will help inform the development of the Community Health Improvement Plan and Community Health Assessment Plan.
