Indoor Air

The Department of Health Indoor Air Program began in the late 1980's. It's goal is to improve the health of Floridians by reducing exposure to indoor air contaminants. The primary function of this program is to provide advice and expertise to Floridians with indoor air concerns in residences, schools, health-care and public facilities. The program currently consists of a statewide indoor air coordinator in Tallahassee, and environmental specialists working through County Health Departments to provide Indoor Air Quality expertise to the public.  We do not offer inspection services.
